By contacting the Child Growth Foundation (CGF) Support Line the enquirer is providing consent for us to collect, process and store their data (details about them) to provide them with the information or services they are contacting us about.

A Support Line enquirer’s personal details will only be used to provide them with information or services they have requested.
The type of personal information we collect
Your name, telephone number and/or email address, and details you share with us regarding the nature of your call/email including medical information and information shared about family members.
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you, because you are seeking information and support regarding your child, yourself or a family member’s growth and/or growth condition.
We use the personal information that you have given us to help us provide you with the most appropriate support and resources.
With permission, information about the enquirer’s query and/or concern may be shared with Support Line staff who manage calls and emails. Under these circumstances consent from the enquirer regarding this happening must be given.
How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored.
Written notes or emails regarding the nature of the Support Line enquiry will be kept securely for a maximum of 12 months, to enable the CGF Support Line staff to provide ongoing support without the enquirer needing to repeat their concerns and details. We will then dispose of your information by deleting any emails and destroying any written records of our communication with you.
