Convention is taking place over Friday 25th-Sunday 27th October at Delta Hotels Warwick. Booking is open to all below.

Cost of places

• • Saturday daytime cost per adult (age 18 and over): £25
  • Saturday daytime childcare costs: details in Childcare costs section below
  • Saturday evening cost per adult (age 18 and over): £20
  • Saturday evening cost per child (age 17 and under): £10

Please note prices above include catering, and are separate to childcare costs. Costs to the CGF from the venue are higher than we charge attendees, as we absorb a number of costs to make convention as accessible as possible to our attendees.

Childcare costs

We aim to keep costs at a minimum for our convention attendees, including with childcare. The childcare costs the CGF pays for convention typically costs our charity £135-£160 per child, which includes external staffing, room hire and booked activities, and excludes a separate cost the CGF pays for catering. And so we absorb a large portion of the childcare costs to support families attending this special annual event.

Childcare places are available at:

• £25 per place for age 17 and under
• £40 per place for age 18 and over (£25 for childcare + £15 additional fee to cover separate adult catering cost)

For convention 2024 with thanks to a grant received from People’s Postcode Lottery we will be offering free childcare places for this year’s event to full paid members of the CGF. Please note to take advantage of this free childcare opportunity members must register each child attending, to ensure we have their details registered with our childcare providers and for catering arrangements at the event.

Registration

To register to attend convention please complete our registration form below. Our team will be in touch with you soon afterwards to arrange payment of your convention booking. Please note your booking is not complete until full payment has been received. 

Full names of those attending will be shared with the venue, including for catering arrangements. The restaurant will have a copy of names of those booked to attend Saturday daytime of convention for you accessing lunch at the event.
